Description
Gouda is a washed-curd cheese. Towards the end of the make procedure, the curd is washed with warm water. This slows down the acid development resulting in a sweet, mild cheese with a smooth, elastic texture.
Ingredients: 100% Grassfed, Certified Organic, Raw Milk; Sea Salt; Animal Rennet; Cultures.
