1/2 Gallon of 100% Grass Fed, A2A2, Raw Skimmed Jersey Milk
~This milk is hand skimmed with a ladle. We do not use a cream separator, so you can expect a small amount of cream to accumulate at the top of the jar. Equivalent to approximately 1-2% milk.
